Kind of funny that a lot of the negative reviews here were because of wait times.. So if anything that should say it all for you.. There is a wait... Because it's that good.. hands down best tortillas in our city. Even a certain james beard award winning bbcoa place uses them as well... Yes the bbcoa in general in our area is pretty greasy... But stick to an order of cachete and you really can't go wrong.

Excellant service! Tortillas are great. Tamales not that good, lacking inside ingredients. Like they just drew a line with a pencil to mark the inside ingredients.
One of my top spots for bbq. The staff was very friendly and kind. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.

We bought barbacoa today and it was ok. A bit too greasy but very meaty. Salsa would be better if it was blended and also needed garlic, more taste. The tortillas are pretty good. Reasonable price.
