Fantastic experience from start to finish!! I had an old worn out looking couch cover in a creamy colour - which really didn't suit our family at all. I contacted Colorite via email and received a call back to see how they could assist me. After assessing my needs, I took my covers late in late in the week (think it was the Thursday) and had a call to say they are ready on Monday already. Amazing job and very happy. Price wise and quality of workmanship deserves a FIVE STAR rating! Thanks Colorite for the assistance. PS the best part about their service is that they offer a custom colour - I could decide how deep I wanted to go.

Very disappointing and bad service. Dropped off a sample of a colour and bulk white fabric required for dying to match the sample. Donald promised us it would be an exact match. When we collected, it was not even close to the sample colour. He then tells us if we had brought fabric with a base of a similar colour, the colour would match better. How about telling us that before we paid and left the white fabric with you? Would not recommend them to anyone.
I dropped off white fabric to be dyed yellow. Donovan guaranteed me a 100% exact match on the colour I required, upon collection, the dyed fabric was not the same shade. Donovan then claimed that I should have dropped off yellow fabric and it could have been dyed to the correct shade. He could have mentioned this when I delivered the white fabric. I then tell him that the fabric is now yellow so he needs to dye it again until he gets the right shade. His reply is that I will need to pay again. He also claimed that they are the only company in the Western Cape who do the dying, I stated that there is also Zamfos dyers in Observatory, he then stated that I should rather use them instead. These guys are amateurs and chance takers.
Phoned to ask for some information on their services and the person on the other end couldn’t be bothered to listen to any of the questions I was trying to ask and continued cutting me off mid-question. Eventually when I asked him to stop and listen to what I was asking he just said, “okay bye” and put the phone down. Needless to say I wasn’t able to use their services as I wasn’t able to establish if they could meet the need I had.
