CapCool Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Specialists

We had multizone AC system installed into our loft from CapCool. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went. They were very tidy and organized and did the whole job to high standard. They also helped to figure out the right solution for us. I can definitely recommend this company.

From the moment I made my first enquiry to having the unit fitted the service from CapCool has been first class. They answered all my questions about the unit and estimated running costs and also about my concerns about the fittings as I had recently refurbished my home. The gutters were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for ac units.

As others have mentioned, the customer service level provided by CapCool is of a high standard. They also represent particularly good value for money compared to quotes I received from other suppliers. Would recommend them very highly based on interaction before and during installation. Thanks Farhan and team for a thorough job.

The team at Capcool we’re brilliant. I needed split a/c units in two of my bedrooms, and the loft bedroom had limitations in terms of placement. The team recommended a modern unit which would mount on the wall under the skylight opening and didn’t require any visible ducts in the room. The other businesses that provided quotes said the only way to install in the loft bedroom was to run horrible looking conduits along the inside wall. Hats off to the Capcool team for listening to my needs and recommending the perfect fit. The loft unit took a while to get from Panasonic, but once it arrived the team called to arrange installation the next day. The installation team worked quickly and in just a few hours the units were fitted, they cleaned up and they left absolutely no trace they had even been there - apart from the blasts of cold air coming out of the a/c in the two bedrooms. Communication with the team was excellent and it was a breeze to sort initial and final payments and view my invoice via their safe, online platform. If the weather keeps up like this for too much longer, I will have to get them back to fit units for the ground floor.
