Spent over 150 on labels and all of them were such poor quality, sticking together, jamming up the printer, then labels wouldn't peel so ripped, wasted so much of my valuable time! Customer service awful and bordering on rude. Also like other customers, I expected next day delivery but took a week to arrive. I won't be using again and I wouldn't recommend.

Excellent service - exceeded our expectations Prior to my order today I previously dealt with Vytenis: he was patient, professional, helpful and with our expectation (dealing with similar companies) exceeded we were very confident in placing an order. Should have thanked him at the time! Today, after dealing with lots of other similar suppliers, Pwemeslav helped put a package together to meet our packing needs and again was professional, patient and easy to talk to. He called me and went through everything and reviewed a few options before sending everything through via email. The whole thing took 10 minutes. All in all excellent: don't waste your time dealing with other companies!!!

I ordered 72 rolls of 50 metre masking tape however each roll was only 40 metres. They are not interested in refunding me or offering me some more masking tape to make up for the 720 metres I am not short. Will not be ordering from them again which is a shame as the product was exactly what I needed.

Do not order anything from this company total con merchants I ordered 60ft x3ft of bubble wrap that cost me 18 and received 35ft x 2ft they are not intrested in trying to rectify the problem please stay clear from this company I wished I had read the reviews first

What a joke of a company (and not funny at that). Ordered 150 worth of envelopes with next day delivery on Monday, arrived on Friday. Explanation - we did not pay extra. But it was showing next day delivery at checkout! Customer \support\ is most inept and unhelpful as it gets. Even after accepting it was their mistake not offering anything to rectify it. Had to order from another company as these were urgently required. Envelopes (boardback) themselves are of a greatly inferior quality compared to other manufactures, very bendy and flimsy, they cut every corner and used low-quality materials. Worst experience in years, I am quite shocked there are still companies like this around. Hope not for long! PS. Check their 5* reviews, all made by fake or pay-per-review accounts as they review totally random companies from Australia to Canada to US etc. Shameful practice from shameful company.
