Absolutely brilliant service. After searching online for a reasonably priced junior bike with a good spec online I can across Les’s cycles. I placed my order online and received what I had payed for on time as promised. I had a query with what I had received which was dealt with promptly and with great customer care. I recently purchased a couple of tri bikes from Les and must say it was a seamless experience from start to finish, from my first phone call to Les he managed to offer a price that was substantially less than any online company was offering, the bikes were all assembled and good to go within the stated time frame. After sales service has been excellent with Les and his team of mechanics sorting out a few minor niggles very quickly to keep me on the road. If you're thinking of purchasing a new bike give Les a try first, it always best to use your local bike shop if possible as no online company will offer decent after sales back up which is one of the most important things to consider when buying a new bike.
Bought my Scott Spark E-Ride 920 from there earlier in the year and have been LOVING it ever since. Whenever I have had a problem, they have always been there to help. I always have a good chat with the great people there and they know their stuff. Thanks everyone and thanks again for sorting my tyres so quickly, especially on New Years Day!

Les's Cycles is by far the best bike shop in Essex. Ive bought 2 bikes here in the past 2 months. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, they really listen to what you want rather than just trying to sell you any old expensive bike. Prices are good, bikes are excellent quality.
