The staff are always polite and helpful, but clearly they are stretched to their limit, upper management should employ more people, even if only temporarily

Great selection of food and not as busy as some of the other supermarkets.

Iceland in canvey, yes it's great for freezer shopping. Different types of food for sale, but I've noticed since this Corona virus, how prices have increased, for some products which used to be 3 for pack of meat, which is now 5 a pack. Not much on deals lately. After walking around the store for my months shopping, I realised how much it was going to cost. Maybe a pound or too might not seem that bad, but when you're shopping for a months worth and it has increased 50 at the till. I then took my trolley back to the car park area and proceeded to go to Morrisons/Lidl's for a better deal on food products. Sorry Iceland's, this time you lost me for shopping at your store for now. Unless the prices are more reasonable, and for people on low income budgets during these hard times. Oh and now lidl's have opened, it's time to be more competitive in the food market for choices with people.
