I would have given no stars if it had been possible. This office is the worst for returning calls. This is not just a one time incident. I have repeatedly called with no call backs. One time I called to set up an appt. With no callback then 3 months later I receive a post card advising that I was overdue for a office visit. I have called and left message regarding an issue that needed immediate attention and still 5 days later I have heard nothing from them. This was the last straw, I am getting another Pulmonary Doctor and office that responds. I have no complaints as to the Doctors care but response from this office group is beyond unreasonable. There is no excuse for such blatant lack of professionalism.

Was referred to this office for a pulmonary issue by my family doctor. I have called in twice for an appointment and have yet to hear back to get one ( those two calls being over the course of a week! ). Unacceptable, I'll be finding a new doctor!

I have Dr. Buserhal and I love him. He spends the time with me. And calls other doctors to make sure everything is communicated. He was able to find that one of my tests were not read correctly by another doctor and saved me a potential procedure!

The doctors here seem experienced, knowledgeable and helpful, but that's about where it ends. My wife needed a sleep study and getting an appointment set up with the staff here was horrendous. It took weeks and weeks before she finally got scheduled. We called numerous times and the receptionist would rarely answer the phone. And when they did answer she was told she'd be scheduled ext week\ or \they'd be getting back to us soon.\ I honestly couldn't believe how poor the staff was as relaying messages or getting back to us. As an example of how unorganized they are, at one point they contacted ME at my number (the emergency number my wife gave them) to let her know they'd be scheduling soon, which they didn't. When she finally got scheduled, the sleep lab ended up being a little dingy and uncomfortable. When she finally talked to the doctors, they were polite and very helpful, and actually gave her a good solution to her sleep problem. Before she left the office, he told her to call if she had any questions. She did call last week some time - she hasn't heard back because I'm assuming the message never got to the doctors. It seriously is hard for me to comprehend such careless incompetence that the staff here maintains. Hopefully things can change soon and they'll do a better job treating their patients in a way that better reflects the decent doctors they represent.

Took multiple days to call back to set up an app. You cannot call and get anyone, you will have to leave a message. Wanted to schedule 2 months out. Not sure about you but, if you are having lung issues 2 months is not acceptable.
