Had homeowners insurance with them for 15 years. After about 7 years I called them when I was getting Water damage to my ceiling, they looked and offered to cover 600 to repair it, then threatened to cancel my insurance if I did not replace my entire roof during the middle of a snowy winter. I replaced the roof. This last year I cancelled my auto insurance with them and they sent an inspector out to my home during the corona virus shut down, and again threatened to cancel my insurance if I don't replace my siding and paint, again during the corona virus shut down. Meanwhile, they're prices have more than doubled in cost over those years. I'm not interested in PAYING my hard earned money to be treated this poorly and provided with no service or coverage. Found new insurance
