Canterbury student manor Is easily one of the best student accommodations in Canterbury you can find Loads of great facilities and the staff are second to none they will help with whatever they can. Any issues get resolved fairly quickly and I personally have not had any maintenance issues. The site is well located close to a retail park and not too far from all universities. The city is a short 15/20 minute walk, for the price I think you will struggle to find anything better suited to stay during your studies

A perfect accommodation for students. They have all the facilities you may need like open and indoor gym, cinema room, games room, meeting area, and large kitchen. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They care so much about the residents and how to always cheer them up with freebies. The place is always so clean and tidy. It’s a 5 min walk from Asda. Also, you have subway, McDonald’s and KFC which are not far. However, it’s far from university of Kent. You have to take a bus or two, or walk for like 45 minutes. My only concern was that the studio was so small and there is no oven inside the studio.
CRM genuinely is the best accommodation. I am so glad I chose it as my accommodation for my 1st year. Staff members are too kind and genuinely take care of you if and whenever you need help. If you're looking for an accommodation, I can 100% recommend CRM!!
Manor is a brilliant student accommodation. Very happy with my stay, thanks to Holly and the Team for being so welcoming. Truly recommend.
Do not stay here, they are running a literal accommodation scam! The building was built very cheaply and quickly therefore all of it is falling apart, with cracks in the walls, mouldy plumbing, faulty fuse boxes, no heating all of the worst things you could honestly imagine. Whilst I was staying there, they tried too fix it with construction workers but it was all a facade and eventually lead too having construction workers on site making drilling noises but no improvement in any shape or form. The staff members were absolutely no help, aside from Darius, and we’re always reluctant too do anything; apart from collecting rent and showing racial bias at all times. They are bribing students with chocolate too write good reviews and I hope you see past all the rubbish and pick a better accommodation!
