Booked a taxi a day in advance to pick me up but it never turned up. I called up to ask why and where it was but they claimed it was never booked and I went with another company. The booking was confirmed via their website and it's the same number on that website I called up. They tried to book another taxi because I \had booked with another service\ and did not accept that there was an error, insisted it was a problem on my end. Abismal system and communication. Looking at the reviews, this seems a very common occurrence. I suggest taking a look at your system because this shouldn't be happening with a taxi service.

Honestly not happy with the level of service I received. Perhaps other taxi drivers are lovey. But the driver I had was rude , and I would not ride again.
