This was my first time using Omicron Repro after a recommendation from a fellow illustrator. Their service was prompt, swift and truly affordable. The colours came out exactly as I wanted from the first trial print run, so that made things very smooth for me. Moreover, I was printing all of this remotely from abroad and the staff were very accommodating and they quickly shipped the order out to my desired address. Been using them for years, all the way back to the old locale off Stour Street. The quality and price are truly unbeatable, I've used them for posters, leaflets, home-made game components, art prints, and have always been very happy with the results. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
These guys can turn around some pretty large scale graphic prints in no time at all, they are great quality and the service is very friendly - I highly recommend !
having experienced John's Short, Sharp and downright dismissive attitude while trying to explain my very simple printing requirements I cant imagine why i allowed this company to continue with the job..... But I persevered because my needs were so simple, surely anyone could do it? Surprise, Surprise!! due to him cutting me off mid sentence every time I attempted to explain details they completely stuffed the job up upon collection!! But was John then prepared to concede and admit his mistake??? not John... He just decided to continue being short, sharp and unpleasant forcing me into a shop front argument in front of several customers and his own staff!! John....I hope you are only an employee and that the owner reads this and dismisses you for the sake of his business...you clearly have deep set emotional issues and should not be representing a company, much less pushing buttons on a print machine. I went around town...immediately found a friendly print company that had taken much business off of Omicron due to Johns poor behaviour (they immediately knew his name, we had a good laugh) I'm certain they will do a super job without all of the aggression. This was my first experience with this company and I would definitely recommend them. I found the staff at Omicron extremely welcoming, friendly, respectful, attentive and efficient, producing great quality prints.
