Cancelled flu jab with one days notice. When you work full time this is not acceptable -do not book appointments for products you do not have. No rescheduling service-have to call in too see if they have more and get in queue of appointments. This was booked weeks ago and time taken off work-people cannot just drop everything. V poor

Apparently the staff think they can tell you how important or unimportant your medication is. I was almost denied things because one staff member thought it was trivial enough that I could just either buy it (when I am entitled to free prescriptions) or not get it at all. Horrible experience. Practically spent the entire day here waiting for my prescriptions which were urgently needed and still never got what I wanted in the end. Staff need some retraining on customer care or something because honestly I was made to feel like my issues weren't important enough to be dealt with properly. Teach your staff that not everyone is able to afford everything. Just because 10 may seem small to you doesn't mean it is to everyone else. Have a heart. You're working with people with debilitating illnesses sometimes. They've been through enough. Christ.

They have not been abiding to their opening times even the temporary ones, it seems like the staff just leave whenever they feel like it.

Not very helpful when asking about flu jabs,when asked which Lioyds Pharmacy were doing the jabs the staff were not helpful at all & seemed very off hand.
