Bought all my Hondas from here. It’s out the way , but a nice excuse for a ride. H’s cafe is great for a full English while you wait for you bike to be serviced or MoT . Friendly staff and clean and tidy showroom. Prices as per Honda dealers. Stock the latest bikes and as with Honda a reasonable trade in. Can test ride bikes if you have your license with you. Generally test something that your going to buy. Abit cheeky if your one of those people who do the round testing bikes and never purchase . A great place to call in on the way for food and drink out riding. No Petrol garage here anymore.
I've just received the most stunning Customer Service from Hadrian in the Sales Dept. My initial enquiry was dealt with in a very professional manner as were the short and productive negotiations that followed. Went to Kent motorcycles to order new tyres for my CBF1000. Agreed a price and a fitting date. Went away happy, rode my motorcycle through the lanes. The lovely council had done the usual spray chippings on all the back roads. Parked my motorcycle up for the night, in the morning noticed my rear tyre flat. Bike due for tyres next day. Arrh!! Phone Hadrian,to explain my ordeal. No problem he said, I'll put a spare bike in the van pick up my bike then I could ride over to Kent motorcycles in the morning. Fantastic. Collected my bike all good. You chaps have gone way above, what I could have expected. Brilliant service, many thanks for getting me back on the road. Tyres are great too.
Awesome dealer: helpful - friendly - nothing is too much trouble. They even managed to fit our Honda Vision into the back of a Seat Altea (see below) - miracle! Will be back when we upgrade.
