Absolute joke of a doctor’s surgery! Rang to see if I qualified for the flu jab, they said no then 2 mins later they rang back and said I could have it for underlying health reasons. I thought maybe because I had a few health issues last year that’s what they meant. Get to the surgery and they say I don’t qualify! I rearranged my whole morning to make the appointment that THEY instigated! Wonder what other mistakes they make.

Very bad service at reception, we are in need of urgent appointment for our baby but they did not lift up the call . It happened with me many times. It’s really really awful.
