Visited during covid 19, the coffee shop was clean and social distancing tables set. Reasonably priced drinks hot chocolate and a mocha beautifully presented. We booked our tickets for the punting here. Really easy to book paid by card. Next available punting was an hour and 15 minute wait which was fine as it gave us time to sit and enjoy our drink. Friendly staff, up beat and chatty. Weather forecast was thunderstorms but luckily we missed the rain. Punting boats cleaned after each group and a barrier in place to separate the two families. Water was stunningly clear we could see the small fish swimming around against the current. We had a great guide who had my children listening with ore about the history of Canterbury. Great experience definitely a must if visiting Canterbury.

Easy to book and excellent cafe on site prior to and after the tour. The whole punt was covid compliant with screens and hand sanitiser available. Sebastian our guide was extremely knowledgable and the injection of humour was appreciated at appropriate times throughout the tour. If you want to see a different side to Canterbury and learn about some of its history, there cannot be many better ways than a leisurely punt down the Great Stour. Highly recommended and as a local to the Canterbury district a first and will certainly not be the last.

Very nice relaxing and informative hour on the river during July 2020. Very nice boat, clean and in good shape. Spacious. Some great tunnels and nice buildings to see. Lovely clean river. You book in at a bar/cafe and can take a drink or two with you. You can find out about the history of Canterbury all in comfort. 14 adult and 8 for a child. Well worth it.

We visited Canterbury yesterday and we decided to do punting. Unfortunately, weather conditions just allowed us to go to the countryside part but still it was such a nice experience. Bella was our tourist guide and she was really professional and friendly, telling us stories about Canterbury. I will definitely go back there again. Thank you very much!
