For a beginner plane this is extremely fragile. We bought this for our son for Christmas, after only 10 flights and landings on soft grass the plane has completely broken. This isn't the first plane my son has flown he also drives 6s & 8s cars so he knows what he's doing and wouldn't consider him to be an absolute beginner. We contacted wheelspin models who immediately dismissed the damage saying it is considered crash damage and therefore won't do anything. If your thinking of buying a beginners plane this is not the plane to buy, if you want customer support wheelspin models is not the shop for you.

I've been using them now over the last 12 months only used click and collect once which to be fair was easy and safe. Mail order is 100% spot on at the moment I can say I've had no delivery delays. Don't get me wrong they are not the cheapest for certain items but I'd rather order from them knowing they will turn up when promised. Good work wheelspin.
