I had a home made very poor loft hatch. Dangerous and unsightly. The access was an unusual size. I ordered a bespoke loft hatch entrance, fire retaining. It came very quickly and well packed. Good price, Heavier than I expected. Didn't think I could fit it so relatives stepped in. The door comes off and it was easy. I could have done it but many hands make light and quick work and it was in with a few packers. It looks good and it blends so it isn't noticeable like the previous one which also let in the cold. It is secure and safe and I'm very happy.

Really good service from placing the order with Emma, to panels being delivered all excellent. I ordered two bespoke 1 hr metal door panels, they were delivered on time and with great packaging to ensure no damage. Really well made and attractive doors with great paint finish. When placing the order I was concerned as I only had a shallow recess to fit the doors in, Emma sent details of the door to me and this really helped ensure it was exactly what I needed and would fit. I had tried other suppliers and no others offered this service and we're as helpful, two other companies had said they could not issue me a dimensioned diagram. Can thoroughly recommend this company for these 1hr access panel doors, great all round service. Regards Simon.

My order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Even I had no difficulty in fitting the skylight and I was amazed at the amount of light which it admitted; so different from the original which was over 40 years old. I am now thinking of ordering a glazed hatch cover, this time to replace the existing very heavy timber cover which leads to the flat roof.
