Staff ok, but the box my, \brand new\, Christmas tree came in from my online order, well make your own mind up!! Checked contents, all there, but box looked like it had been thrown off a 2 story building...... management need to look at the delivery personnel, this isn't acceptable! Feel like asking for my money back....!!!

The Range, kind of like an up market Carols discount. I don't think anyone ever goes in with purchasing something specific. It's just a shop to pass the time on a Sunday and collect things in a basket you don't really need along the way. Would recommend a visit.
All clean, safe and organised. Helpful staff (if you can find any). Went hunting for Xmas lights weeks back, it was like they'd been attacked by a plague of locusts - the shelves were bare! Should have planned better! Pretty handy having iceland in there now too.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and they helped me obtain what I needed
