Excellent service, Terry came out gave me a free quote and managed to get me moved in to his storage unit on the date I needed. He was very well mannered and very professional. On the day the team arrived on time at 9am all looking smart in Terrys Uniform. All my valuable items were wrapped in special protective blankets, the team made a stressful day relaxed and stress free 5* service and great team... definitely use Terry's Removals again.

Terry and his team provided me with a packing service and removal from Sutton Coldfield to Derbyshire. I must admit I was stressed and apprehensive about moving but Terry and his team put me at ease and the lads were an absolute pleasure to be around. My items were carefully handled and packaged brilliantly, in some of their own covers, even my front door was covered to protect it. All in all it was a great day in the end and I would highly recommend these lads.

Had an absolute mare with this Covid 19. The house I was buying fell through and my tenancy was up at my home. Terry managed to sort me out last minute with storage and has just recently moved me into my new home! Couldn’t be more impressed, everything was covered even down to my coffee table. Nothing was too much. His team are a credit to him! Would definitely recommend

( I moved 2 years ago but have just gotten around to review and it largely prompted by a more recent moving experience that was amazing)It all started very professionally when i was visited for a quote - I didn't have a huge amount to move so to keep costs down it was advised that I move as a second job, so basically late afternoon / tea time - i was fine with this until moving day when the first job in question was in Cornwall and i was expected to sit waiting until 11 pm at night to move. In the end the thought of moving into the new home at 1 am was ridiculous. I said it would need to wait and they agreed to come back the next day at 5 pm - at 7 pm they turned up and all of the \ we wrap everything/ we put down carpet protectors \ was just ignored -no real care was given with my belongings and i spent most of the time stressed out running around putting down mats etc to try and keep the carpets clean. The TV etc wasn't wrapped and things were just pretty much put unsecured in the van. I finally moved in at 10 pm at night with them gone at 11pm . They worked very hard to be fair but with no real care for the property or items. This resulted in a chuck missing from the ceiling and damaged furniture. I called to claim on the \ insurance \ only to be told that this was actually a furniture doctor who basically said that he would not act unless Terry ok'd - Terry didn't reply to my messages. So the moral - you get what you pay for . Terry did apologise and said he wishes he had been on the job himself , but that didn't fix my furniture or the stress levels of a, quite frankly, circus.

Worst company i have ever used, i found my funiture on his front drive of his own house. He was trying to use the truck which was supposed to hAve my furniture safe and locked away in on another job! absolutely disgraceful and his attitude stinks. Can wait till he is on rogue traders!! update: 10th july 18:57 this is an update after i am being called a fake and this being a fake review. which it is not! Interesting rely from Terry, do i wish give away details of myself after how your staff acted? do i feel i can trust you won’t be turning up at my door angry after having an honest review? of course. So i chose to use your name Terry Fitzpatrick! Because I know how rude and intimidating your staff are to women!! This isn’t a fake review, it’s real, it’s honest, and i don’t trust you or your company to not come back with threats and criminal behaviour!
