store manager was extremely rude following us around the store making us feel like criminals. My boyfriend had his hood up due to weather outside and didn’t think to take it down but other than that there was no other reason to be so intrusive. She was not wearing a mask yet still shouted across the store to me and said something about covid and called me a knobhead. She spoke about us to all members of staff and even asked someone to watch us on cameras and was not discrete in doing so. we then re-entered the store after a few minutes to go and get a drink after buying pet food and was followed again by another member of staff. They were all extremely rude.

This is your typical poundland lots of Christmas decorations at a good price. I go Here all the time. staff are friendly.

Great place, i love going there. For little bits and bobs. Highly recommend. And lovely staff!!

Waited outside in the freezing cold for 15 minutes as sign on door stated christmas opening hours were 8am - 9pm. When members of staff appeared we were told they do not open till 9am, when pointed out that the sign says 8am opening a member of staff proceeded to rip the sign down and walk off. Not very professional manner to deal with customers who were waiting to shop within your store.
