My van went in for a recall and a full service. I had to change my tyre for the spare one underneath because of a slow puncture shortly before it went in for the service. The service team put my punctured tyre back on my van! This is extremely dangerous, I had no idea what they did until I felt the van wobbling as I was driving down the motorway so I pulled over only to find out what they'd done! Unbelievable and unprofessional
