Service took a little while but the staff were really friendly and nice. Sausages taste very different may just be my taste buds. I've eaten here before and I couldn't complain then. Definitely a good place of you want a chilled environment.

Decided to try out the carvery here on a Sunday a slight wait to place my order and get a drink at the bar...slight lack of staff! But it was a real nice cold beer and the carvery meal was perfectly cooked and there was a wide range of vegetables to choose from on the whole it was a very good value for money meal that I would recommend..can be busy at times so be prepared to wait a while for a table..Child and disabled friendly 4's
Greeted at the door by a very friendly young lady who explained about the changes to service. We were escorted to our table where everything we wanted was bought to us. Food was great and service was fast friendly and attentive, I would recommend.

I was a little disappointed today. I know the rules have changed. The chef got mixed up with our meals. The carvery wasn't as hot as usual, by the time he read the order, put it on the plates and then waited for the girl to bring it to the table it was just warm. It was completely mixed up. There were only a few tables taken. I hope it's just teething problems. It's always been so good. I do find the staff a bit miserable. Not one looks as if they want to be there. I have noticed that each time. Please ask them to smile. I have always been pleased with the carvery, I will come again, as I say, it is getting used to the new rules.
Been today and had an absolutely fantastic meal, our first since lockdown. The food was amazing and served by friendly staff members that couldn’t do enough for us as a party. Despite the government guidelines now of social distancing the place still looked amazing and was managed and adhered too very well by all staff members.
Food served cold , sent back and meat still cold 2nd time. Missed items off carvery . Ordered onion rings missing told server Reece and still not brought by end of the meal . Reece rude worst ever meal there if this is their new standard avoid. Also served a gluten free meal with items containing gluten even after being told must be gluten free . Avoid this place
