Moving from Wolverhampton to Suffolk. Called to arrange quotation house removal 5 bed detached. The female who answered the phone 11th January 2021 3pm was so rude half way through giving my details I said I'm going to leave it. She refused to give me her name when asked. Despite having my name number and details. I called back same female answered still refused to give me her name. Absolutely shocked how rude and uninterested she was very off hand with me. Really rude. Horrible person to deal with. Avoid at all costs. If this is how they treat you on the phone gives you an idea they just don't care at all.
