Picked up a theta optics battle red dot, wrong packaging, scratches on the mount and the incorrect batteries included. All signs that lead me to believe I've been given a used product. This is the second thing I've bought from JD thats missing parts etc. I'll probably still use JD though because its the nearest shop to me.

I put an order for two items, I received an email that one of them wasn't in stock and the other one would be sent to me. I checked their website for the item that they said they didn't have, was still for sale and in stock. Strange but it can be software error, I accepted that. But.... They charged me almost 10 for UPS delivery, 10 days later still no sign of any delivery and no refund for the item they didn't have!! I had to send an email and ask what was happening, only then and without any apologies they refund me the money and send me the other item! 12 days later i had a delivery! I buy stuff from Austria and it arrives in less than half of that time. I never knew Cannock is further than Vienna!!
Went today as was looking at getting into airsoft but was confused by the ammount of choice. Staff was very helpfully and went out the way to support me in makeing a choice and did not hard sell me Into buying anything. Even suggested I just buy what I need now and come back later for extras. Very Informative and supportive. Will be going back very soon.
