Friendly staff and following social distancing rules very informative. Just have a couple of concerns. My vehicle failed which isn't the issue, but being told they couldn't do the repairs as the ramps they would need for my range rover are constantly used for MOT so not only not great for me the company must be losing money there, as they is an opportunity to take more money for the business and please the customer by getting the repairs done and re mot. So for that reason I won't be going again as I would like to go where if any repairs are needed they can be done at the same place. I had a tyre fail, but the image they have took can not be seen, which wouldn't have been a major issue until I took it to national tyres the same day and they couldn't find the fault and said all tyres were OK, front rear would need changing within the next 6 months but they are all legal. As the image is not available I have no proof of what Halfords saw!!!! Like I say friendly staff but following these 2 concerns I won't be going there again.

I had MOT and service done at Cannock, I found the Covid restrictions were all in place. The guy on reception was very friendly polite, and knowledgeable and very professional, he kept me informed about the things that needed doing all along. Would highly recommend.
