Ordered using click and collect as you would presume it would be in store on the date given like every other shop. Nope, you get met with an extremely unhelpful man who is rude and dismissive. He couldn’t tell me when my order will be there, if it’s already there and no way to find out online, he said just wait for an email and it might be here tomorrow. Could be next month for all they care and you wouldn’t know. Cancelled the order and collecting from a different retailer this evening. Cannock store sort this guy out! He’s not the person you want front of store.

Really disgusted with the service, I ordered a television priced at 299 on line on the 18th January order went through and payment was taken out of my bank straight away then I had a message saying it was out of stock and they cancelled the order and I would have a refund which was 10 days ago and i still have not received it. After a phone call i was told that they would look into as to why, which is really disgusting as I am still wanting to purchase a television but am unable to because they have my money. I can not see what the lock down has got to do with money being refunded when it only takes seconds for them to have taken it on purchase. So fed up.

Since your asking how my experience was after my visit yesterday and my purchase not being ready when told it would be I have to give it nil pwan, nothing, no stars, no points, absolute rubbish and still no update and no purchase to collect either - happy with that - good!!
