The officers of this council are the worst most dishonest and illiterate with a total lack of intelligence I have ever come across in my long life. This council is morally completely bankrupt. Even the elected councillors are ignorant, illiterate and incapable. They have a total disregard for the welfare and rights of their paymasters, the council tax payers. The sooner it is disbanded the better.
If I could give zero stars I would. Please be warned - in my experience this council is inept when it comes to proper and reasonable communication with its citizens. I can only assume they think the worst in everyone and so if you miss a payment of any kind, don't be surprised if the first ever letter you receive from them threatens court, CCJ's and debt collectors.
Called them today when the bin men refused to take our bin. They said we would have to leave it full until they can send an inspector round. What do we pay our rates for? Still not seen anyone.
