One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Staff was really rude, waited for an hour, after that repeatedly asked when the food would come and they said it was coming. A while after that they asked us again because they lost the order. When we finally got the order, 1 meal was wrong, we didn't want a new one because we were so hungry(and where waiting for 1.5 hours then), but we still had to pay that meal! Even though it was the most expense one on the menu and we ordered just a regular pasta! And that's not only it! There were a lot of similar situations!

The Madison-Burger was a big disappointment for us. 12,50 for a dry bread, a little piece of beef, burned lettuce, some sauce and some McDonalds-worthy cheese. The waiters couldn't speak english, which made a complaint impossible. The fries where fine and the pizzas from the other tables looked good as well, but I can definitely not recommend the burger.
