If I could leave no stars I would. I'll just give you the facts and you can make up your own mind as to whether you would really liked to be stuffed around by these people. 18 May - emailed a request for a jumper, with measurements and an offer to pay in advance via credit card 1 June - having heard nothing for two weeks, I emailed to check if they had received my order - received a reply that they were "getting a few orders out of the way... then we will be doing yours" 16 June - received an email confirming measurements (asked in reply how long it would take - received no response) 9 July - emailed (firmly but politely) to ask when I could expect to receive my order. Received a phone call at 9:00PM from the tired and emotional owner who attacked me verbally in response to my email and when I tried to respond hung up on me. Needless to say there is no jumper.
Candalaraine has the most beautiful products. I bought a throw, socks and gloves. Couldn't be happier.
