Everyone is very friendly, caring, and professional. My appointments were prompt, most of the time I went there 15 minutes later I was walking out. I highly recommend this treatment center for anyone. They are wonderful.

My best friend is fighting stage 4 cancer and due to fatigue and medications always forgets appointments. The office knows this and despite that do not make reminder phone calls the day prior to an appointment, like most doctors do as a courtesy. Instead, they call her AFTER the fact and let her know she missed an appointment. You think a facility dealing with extremely sick patients would want to ensure that they make it to their appointments. The problem isn’t the doctors, but the organization.
Radiation side was great. Wash U chemotherapy side unprofessional and long waits
