Oh what a fantastic place. Incredible selection of beers and a great seating area outside, along the canal. Located near the train station and should be your first stop if you are visiting Nottingham for a boozy weekend or night out. Contender for best pub in the city.

Plenty of outdoor seating by the canal. Good atmosphere in and out with friendly staff. Huge selection of beers and food, with a lot of vegetarian and vegan options available - they definitely have something for everyone. Their online ordering system can be annoying at times but I appreciate the efforts to keep their staff and customers safe and socially distanced.
Great location alongside the canal. Big outdoor seating area with heaters for colder days. Selection of Castle Rock beers and some guest beers too
Very good social distancing. Bit close when bar person wanted to take away empties. Good real ale. Good experience - I have been many times in past.
Some great beers available. Service was good and everything was done to keep people safe. My only criticism was with the app. I was unable to get the QR to work and prior to last orders it stopped taking orders. Luckily the staff were on this and got everyone sorted with last drinks. They allowed plenty of time to drink up and got us all out on time.
