I was very impressed with the excellent customer service when I dined in at The Canal Tavern. Richard in particular was very helpful suggesting menu choices and informing me of a special offer. I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Love coming to this pub - friendly staff, nice decor, good choice of drinks, and the food is fantastic. Nice outside area as well. Would definitely recommend.

Went in this pub on Saturday after a lovely walk along the canal. Young lad who seemed to be on his own was fantastic pleasant and polite. I wish I got his name made our experience great. Lovely food highly recommended. Keep up the good work alot of other pubs could learn from you.

Booked a table for Sunday lunch. Brought the dog along with us. Food as ever was delicious! The two guys front of house worked their socks off on what was a very busy lunchtime. Still had the time to get our dog a bowl of water. Highly recommended and will certainly be returning again soon.

On our way home from our canal walk from the Dundas Aqueduct to the Claverton pumping station and Warleigh Weir we parked at the Train Station car park in Bradford-On-Avon and walk up to the Canal Tavern for a bite to eat. This is a nice pub in a picturesque location with lovely outside seating areas surrounded by pretty flowers,we never had to wait long for our order as they serve food all day long. I had a lovely burger and a mug of chips the Mrs had a cheese and pickle sandwich washed down with orange juice.Very enjoyable.
