I have used Camplify a number of times now and really like the service they provide.

Awful company, avoid! Camplify are AWFUL when it comes to providing any type of protection for the hirer and their post hire customer service is shocking. They showed no interest in dealing with complaints or evidence provided, to show that the owner of the van had broken their TS & CS and lied about their damage notification/claim. They never responded to any of the evidence I sent to back up my position. I then had to wait 6 weeks before Camplify sent over a quote, for the damage that I was accused of and only then was the remaining amount of my 'liability deposit' returned. They have since apologised, but the whole process was unnecessarily stressful. They also claim on their website that you are \comprehensively insured\ which is simply not true. It's only when you delve deeper, that you realise you have to pay for one of their \packages\ to reduce your liability deposit and even then, they still take 1000 per incident. Finally, I have attempted to also leave a review for the owner of the van, but have been notified by Camplify, that it will not show up, until they leave a review of me. This essentially means that owners of vans, who give hirers a shoddy experience, can avoid getting ANY negative reviews by choosing not to leave the hirer a review. That's why you'll most likely only see positive reviews on their profiles. This is absolutely absurd and once again shows the disregard with which Camplify treats the hirers, who may I remind them, are also their customers. Do yourself a favour and find an individual Campervan owner, rather than use this \company\.
