An okay campsite at a fair price. The toilet facilities were not very clean, but it was obvious that given the low season, the owner was cutting corners. Hopefully, the higiene is better when the site is in full swing.

Was heading for a campsite further south and passed Prados Abiertos on the N502 and checked in here instead. Lots of shaded pitches and having been offered one of these being English asked for one with "Más Sol"- no problem and directed to a very private pitch with judicious moving of my sunbed ensured I was in the sun for most of the day. Brilliant large pool with lots of shade and grass in full sun. Friendly hospitable bar offering one of the best burgers I have ever had for 5. Great base for hill walking, I went up Cerro del Cabezo yesterday, day off round the pool today and drive to Cruces tomorrow. Am thinking of staying here to go up Pico Almanzor as well, only an hours drive away but a 20km hike may persuade me to drive closer. We will see.
Buena ubicación para disfrutar de la naturaleza en los alrededores de Gredos. Precios económicos. Parcelas pequeñas para caravanas. Limpieza correcta. Personal atento. Debe mejorar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
Fin de semana relajante y sin ruidos
Riquísimo y muy bien de precio, y abundante.
El camping está bien aunque carece de mantenimiento. Los bungalows tienen cortinas de hace un montón de años. Hay puertas de los baños que no cierran. Los espejos del servicio están quemados. La piscina es muy grande y está genial, pero por la contra, el servicio de bar es horrible. Hay un camarero muy borde y maleducado y no sirve nada a la plancha desde las 12:00h. La zona es impresionante
Lo cierto es que ha sido mi primera experiencia en un camping y ha resultado muy positiva. Estuvimos en bungalow y todo resultó fenomenal. Destacar además que el silencio a partir de la medianoche es absoluto,algo que agradecimos mucho. Recomendable al 100%
Lugar tranquilo y con muchas posibilidades...
