Not very helpful. Visited with a simple question. Staff member was blunt and not informative.

Booked a 1/2 day off work, on arrival was told the appointment was cancelled. Apparently appointments had to be confirmed, however they failed to take my number correctly. Confirmation is not stated as a requirement in the letter received or when booking on the telephone. Very disapointed.
