Went there in December to get our finger prints done. It took over an hour to be printed because their scanner is so bad that people have to hold icepacks on their fingers for their scanner to work. Then they managed to misfile the prints so it delayed us by two months. They cared very little about the the issues they'd caused. There are so many other livescan options available as a consumer you and the non-profits you are working with for fingerprints deserve much better for your money.
