A must stop place when traveling on Fernão Dias! They have a gift shop for buying many handmade items that represent Minas very well. Be sure to check out the jewelry made from the Brazilian golden grass. The pieces are absolutely beautiful and very affordable. Next door is the cafe with local cachacas to buy, chesses, coffee, etc. I recommend getting a piece of Bolo de Fuba and a coffee. The people running it are very nice and welcoming too!
