Had my car repaired here after an insurance claim - first impressions were good, prompt, courteous, work done quickly and car dropped off and collected from my work. However - inspecting the car it had deep buffer trail swirls in paint, took it back they re polished it - but it came back even worse, Also a few spots of dirt under the paint/lacquer - excuse given was 'even Ferraris have dust under the paint it's unavoidable' In the end they covered the cost for it to be wet sanded and polished properly elsewhere. I thought it was over, then 5 months later the paint cracked and started peeling, they flat out refused to fix it claiming there was a previous repair in that area - this is nonsense as I have had the car from new and it has never had a repair previously! So am left out of pocket having to have it fixed again elsewhere - avoid this place at all costs, I know people that have had similar experiences here with work carried out under insurance so it's not just a one off

Extremely happy with the service i recived. I had a small bump in my Audi A1, which i had to make a claim through my insurance. I needed a new bumper, my car was with them within a week, could of been sooner but my work commitments got in the way. I brought my car in on a saturday and had it back the following friday, nice KAI Rio courtesy car. Superb job they did, my car looked like a brand new car. The receptionist was friendly, everyone i met who worked there was friendly. I reccomend you pick this company if you have the choice, cant fault nothing
