My dad had serious leg issues. Due to Covid I refused to send him to hospital to get his legs checked. My primary doctor referred me here. Everything was done the same day his leg ultrasound, his results and all test he needed prior to his scheduled procedure. This was great for me cause I did not have to run around everywhere. My dad is so much better walking on his own.. So many different specialist see patients for various reasons within one office. My experience was great......

I went to surgical associates on a referral from my primary care physician, it turned out to be the worst medical experience of my life. My initial appointment was on a Thursday and was told by the person that does their scheduling that I would get a call the next day with my surgery time and information, no call. I called them the following Monday and was told I would get a call that afternoon with the information, no call. I called the next day and was told my surgery was still not scheduled and the scheduler had already gone home for the day but they would be sure to have her call me the next morning, once again no call. I had to once again call them at which point I was put on hold while she scheduled the surgery. Given how easily it was scheduled at that point I can't help but think they simply dropped the ball and forgot about my case until I pushed the issue. Then two days before my surgery I was called by their office to inform me that the hospital had called them and pushed the surgery date back another week. What they didn't know was at the time I got their call I was at the hospital getting my pre-op exam and the hospital computers still showed my original date with no change coming from them. Again leading me to believe that the doctors office screwed up the scheduling, not the hospital. In short, I feel like the staff at this office is inconsiderate, lacks compation for their patients, is unprofessional and lacking in basic common courtesy. Enter at your own risk. I will never go there again. I want to make clear it was not the doctor but the scheduler that was the root of all the problems
