Maintenance is terrible, my apartment still having problems with the hvac ( I still need to keep turning off and on the heater all the time because it’s not maintaining the temperature on 69, I’m glad I have a portable heater in my bedroom). The refrigerator is in the coldest temperature and it’s not even cold. They came to fix it but I didn’t changed nothing. It must to have a professional person to fix it and replace the gas in the refrigerator. My oven is terrible, it turns off the gas between backing a cake. Totally disaster. They doesn’t know how to fix it. Appliances always having problems.
