Yamaha, Triumph, KTM of Camp Hill

“Just before the pandemic hit I began searching for a 2018 MT-10 for a specific color. I reached out YCH of Camp Hill via a Cycle Trader ad and wound up speaking to Duane Summers. The price was very competitive, but it wasn't color I was looking for, no pressure, Duane documented my info. A few weeks later I was contacted by Duane as he located exactly what I was looking for I immediately gave YCH of Camp Hill a deposit and then the pandemic hit all at once and I was unable to make the deal happen because of all the closings and logistics. Duane contacted me about my deposit and said he would refund me no problem, I received the check immediately, but Duane and I agreed to stay in touch as everyone impacted did their best to adjust. A month later we were able to finalize a deal and I drove down to YCH of Camp Hill from CT and picked up my beautiful new bike. Duane walked me through the entire process personally. Since the purchase, I have had a few questions, Duane always makes himself available. That is what excellent customer service is all about. Attention to detail and customer centric, treating the customer like they matter. I would highly recommend Yamaha Triumph KTM to anyone in the market for their next bike.”

So I needed a new motorcycle helmet. I *thought* that the store closed at 4:30 on saturday, but it actually closed at 4. I showed up just a few minutes before closing and was told not to worry, take my time. I wasn't rushed got some advice on which helmet(s) to try and ended up purchasing a helmet. I was so impressed with this that I had previously had scheduled my motorcycle inspection elsewhere, I cancelled that and brought it here. Once again I got great service and speedy service. Will definitely use this dealership again for future purchases/service.

Great dealership with a large and well-presented showroom. Excellent selection of bikes and accessories. Knowledgeable and helpful staff - especially John and Yvette. I'm really enjoying my KTM RC390 and look forward to shopping here again. Well worth the hour and a half trip for me to visit.
