Fast and easy background check, and customer service was great. Selection was scarce but I expected that. Just gotta stay on top of what you want. And get it while you can.

I picked up a G2C purchased online on Jan 2nd and I can’t say I have any complaints. The gun store has a number system where you’re called by your number so everyone has a chance. I got there at about 12:45 and was there for about 2 and half hours, the store was pretty busy. Tug helped me out, walked me through the paperwork, and provided some incredible customer service. Really personable and friendly guy. Something people should keep in mind is we are in the middle of a pandemic and gun sales are soaring so don’t expect to be in and out of there. There’s background checks, paperwork, etc. all of which take time so get there early and be prepared to wait a little. All in all, the associates were working hard, the store was relatively well stocked despite the panic buying, and there prices are much better than most sites and stores. I posted this on Yelp and I’m going to post it here as well because I feel it should be known. If I could give them no stars I would. I purchased a firearm from them because it was a great price. Not only did I drive 2 hours to pick it up, I waited over an hour to be helped JUST FOR A PICK UP! (they were aware of the reason I was there and the timing) It gets better... I get to the counter for the guy to tell me in the end that he could do the transaction, but he can’t because they close soon. 3 hours to walk away with nothing!!!

Stood in line for over an hour in the firearms while watching numerous people get help who did not even have tickets. An Asian man specifically told us that the line may go faster then the numbers are saying. Another man told us that as long as we had a ticket we were good before he put the sign up stating no more people were going to be accepted.My wife and I both had tickets and were both going to buy a firearm. We asked the Asian man if he was going by the tickets because he helped two people both of which who did not have tickets while we sat next in line. They were extremely busy but a line is a line and we got told after an hour of waiting that even if we wanted a firearm they would not be able to sell us one because they were so backed up....I guess u are since u took 10 people without numbers before you got to us. I hate sportsman warehouse with a passion now.

I was just in the store today. It took 2.5 hours to purchase a firearm, and I was surrounded by people not wearing masks. I called the office from inside the store, and was told that legally they can not make their customers wear a mask. I was very happy to be wearing a good one myself, but I still felt extremely uncomfortable, especially since the covid numbers have been setting new records every day. I think I will stay away from this place until the pandemic is over. I personally felt like this was the most unsafe environment, for both customers, and employees I have experienced.
