Was told it would be 30 min.. and they would text me... Waited 40 min and called and they said they tried to text me 3 x and called 1x but it never came through and they said it would be another 45 minutes .. I said good by and went somewhere else.............................. The manager called me a few days later and asked what he could do to make my experience better he provided me with a total of 75 worth of gift cards and said that we should have been made a priority when that happened. He said he was going to talk with the hospitality staff and make sure that they knew how to handle a situation like this if it ever happened again.. I thanked him for taking the time to contact me by phone and listen to my story and tell him what happened. It speaks very well of him... His name was Ian.

As far as chain restaurants go this is a good one. I really enjoy the lunch special with a bang bang taco and a fish taco with a cup of the corn chowder. For Dinner I usually get the taco’s as well and their cocktails are very good. The free bread with oil is always very good.
Bone Fish has the best service and corn chowder with crab. Always a great meal for the money.
For what we pay at this establishment, I expected a lot more. The young lady helping us had an attitude problem. The food was not horrible, but my wife’s mahi mahi was really dry. I get it, it’s a chain restaurant; it’s not 4 or 5 star dining. But come on.... Why does mediocrity have to be the new higher standard???
The service was amazing and the food delicious. Give my shot outs to my waitress Gaby, shes so friendly and have great customer service
