Excellent quality and first class service.
Had the rump steak. Fried for about 5 mins per side in oil on setting 3 to 4. Seemed as tender as fillet steak. Excellent.
Beautiful meat and lovely staff
Best butcher ever! Not only could he supply Beef Tallow (opted for their Dripping in the end), but happy to talk through how to use it to make the best chips and roast potatoes, even though it was time to close up shop. When I arrived he was discussing pheasant with the previous customer and her kids. Quality is very good, knowledge, advice and conversation is world class. Make no mistake this is a proper butcher. PS: The chips were amazing!
