Will not even try to go there any more! Was a good place to visit but now they lost me - and so many Bulgarians and guests from abroad. We were not allowed to enter!! We were without a reservation but there were places available obviously as a group of 6 young people were allowed to enter without a reservation like us and the argument of the security guard was: “They are 6 and will consume more than you , this is the policy of the company.”!?!??? Huge disappointment! Was difficult to explain to my friend who is not Bulgarian, what was the reason for rejecting us. Such a disgrace! Do not recommend - you can find other places in Sofia where they treat you with respect and not looking at you and try to imagine your wallet.
Two stars are for the singers who made the atmosphere of the place overall nice. For the singers - you guys rock! But.. Very rude hostess. Very annoying waitress. We made a reservation for a table with 4 chairs, we were five girls. We were seated on a \separe\ with a bottle of whiskey to consume while groups of 10 people and more were seated on the smaller table. We wanted to change the alcohol - almost no cocktails available, we chose nice wine - it was not available, the vodka was extremely low quality and most probably fake, it made us sick. A smaller table we asked to be seated on, stayed available until 1am (we came 11:00pm). The waitress was on the table literally every 2 min, picking up glasses immediately after you take the last sip, asking if you want more and in general being very intrusive and made us feel uncomfortable. We understand, really we do that you want to make money and we are there to spend money, so here are some suggestions: Maybe make the entrance fee higher Offer better quality alcohol, offer more cocktails if you want girls also to make higher bills. (They did not have Mojito) It won't hurt if hostesses are kinder and make better judgement about seatings without making their clients feel uncomfortable and awkward. It is really nice if the waitress is attentive but coming on your table every 2 minutes is annoying to say the least. Last but not least - CASH only. Really?

Easily the best piano bar in Bulgaria, probably the best place for a night out if your musical taste fits that of the live bands.
Nice whiskeys. Live music is great. Staff is great. The crowd is a bit sleazy - low level gangsters and thugs.
