I thought my daughter needed an eye exam, I chose Sterling because of how close they were. The doctor was professional and super funny. He did great with my fussy child and confirmed she needed glasses. The foxy frame stylist was right on the money and picked the perfect frames for my daughter. She loved them and they gave me a great deal. The staff are professional, super friendly and kind. I highly felt recommend.

I called to make an appointment and was greeted by Audrey and she was helpful from start to finish. I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies and she was able to check my insurance and schedule my appointment with ease. She was patient with me as I had so many questions, as well as very professional. Thank you for understanding my concerns and making me feel comfortable. I am looking forward to my appointment !
Some miscommunication when ordering glasses to be nice about it. They started to tell me it was my fault instead of how can we fix this. I was already not happy with them because they charged me 300 for a pair of frames that are all over the internet for 120. I wasn’t going to argue over who’s fault it was.
This place is amazing from the awesome ladies up front to the hot eye doctor in the back! Super friendly, very upfront, very easy going staff, very clean, very professional, and super relaxed environment. They were on top of their game and had me in and out in no time. 10 of 10 experience!
