I call to get rid of a car. He was up front and honest about price. Very nice and explained the pricing for the car. Didn't have to wait all day like other places make you wait. Will definitely call him in the future the next time I need to get rid of a car. Great experience and fair price.

The easiest part of any job is talking to people. Saying that, if you can’t communicate with potential customers politely, why would I bother using your services. Let’s just say, based on my phone conversation, I wouldn’t even bring you a bottle cap.
Called today for removal of a van. Jim answered, said he would come look at van in about an hour and a half. Jim was on time and pleasant to deal with. Paid me on the spot and is going to have it towed out today. Thanks Jim!
