I had the pleasure of meeting Gerald today, what a fantastic, knowledgable, helpful traditional butcher he is! He helped me with everything I needed and even Helped with ideas of how to cook brisket and ribs. Fantastic quality meat at a very sensible price, Do not be deceived by the small shop, his fridge was like a magic alarums cave that produced everything I asked him for. this is now my go to butcher from here on. Keep up the great work Gerald.
