Really appalled by service we are receiving. Ordered windows for City and Guild Art school in London (we are main building contractors). Manufacturing and delivery took 11 weeks instead of 6-8 weeks quoted. On the 7th week we received email that there will be delay due to factory summer shutdown. Windows delivered wrong size!!! Someone in UK office managed to pull out our last years order. Now window replacement is being treated as completely new order, not a matter of urgency, which will take another 6-7 weeks. School had to open after summer holidays and not able to use their new premises. School principle, contract administrator and us (building contractors) are really appalled how carelessly company looks at their clients. Denmark branch simply refused to talk to us – there is nothing we can do. Definitely won’t be ordering again and definitely not going to recommend to anyone.

Vitral Skyvision more suitable for individual rooflights. I work for a long time installer, we receive repeat business from all the main building contractors.
FIrst off i do not know the name of the guy i dealt with but he was extremely up his own arse i think it was dan or david? he came across very patronizing like he is osme kind of god when i asked if he could speak to a potential client with a little more respect he muttered something then cut me off, i shall not be using vitral for any of my projects and will be informing my colleagues and associates to steer well clear as well
I Have had the un pleasure of having to deal with David Palmer who is a so called project manager, this man can not even manage himself all he does all day is send smarmy emails back to you total waste of space not only is he a waste of air he takes about 3 weeks to get prices back so if you want to get your tender in on time tough luck better of going elswhere i can say i will never ever deal with Vitral again
