I know it was raining but no-one could be bothered to come to serve me. I did ask the man who was washing cars, he went in the showroom to ask for help for us and returned to tell us they weren't open at the moment. 1.00 Saturday?? Sad thing is he would most likely have got a sale, I'd chosen the car I wanted online! Gone elsewhere now.

I have recently been looking for a new small car and spotted two Polos at Vindis on AutoTrader. When we arrived I was met by two inviting people on the front desk who were busy at the time with other customers so introduced me to Tom. Tom knew everything there was to know about the cars I was interested in and spoke to me in a relaxed but professional manner. This made me a lot more comfortable and made the whole process a lot easier. Tom did everything he could to meet my needs and was happy to stay out of hours as we had arrived late in the day. Unfortunately due to lack of boot space I wasn't able to go ahead with the purchase, however should I need a new car in future I won't hesitate to consider Vindis again due to the incredible service.
